This is a dish my brother prepared for me in Seattle. Salmon is smoked by cooking it on a cedar plank. It is by far the best salmon I’ve ever eaten. I like to serve with an Asian inspired rice and roasted asparagus.
A large salmon filet, steamed in foil and cooked either in the oven or barbecue. It’s seasoned with minced garlic, fresh baby dill, lemon slices, fresh ground pepper and green onions.
Salmon is marinated overnight in soy sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, spices, and fresh ginger; then broiled to perfection! My family and friends rave about this fish.
