This is a four star recipe that combines the great taste of grilled beef kabobs with a delicious tomato sauce baste. I always double the sauce to top the beef and veggies over rice. A mouth-watering meal.
Crispy fried morsels stuffed with ground beef, cabbage, and delicious seasonings. A personal creation of mine, that goes well with any Chinese dish. The sherry makes it better.
Soak thick, juicy beef filets in a heady marinade of Burgundy wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic and dried oregano. Grill the filets and serve with a dollop of butter creamed with shallots, green onions, white pepper and a dash of wine.
This stew can be made fresh, browning the meat then tossing all the ingredients together in the slow cooker, or it can be prepared ahead of time for freezing and quick assembly for a quick crock pot meal when you need it!
